What is Nutrition counseling?

In each session, Madeleine will work collaboratively with you to give you the skills and tools you need to meet your goals. Each client’s journey will look different, but below are a few interventions that may be included.

  • Meal Plan

    When appropriate, a meal plan may be developed based on your individual needs.

  • Lab Monitoring

    When appropriate, receive objective data to assess your progress. Labs include sweat testing, metabolic panels, etc.

  • Assignments

    You may have the opportunity to complete nutrition-based assignments for skills development outside of appointment time.

  • Food Logging

    Option to log meals in a therapeutic way to monitor success and areas of improvement

  • Blind Weight Tracking

    If appropriate, blind weight monitoring is available through Clear Step. Client must purchase their own scale.

Payment options

Currently in network with select insurance companies as well as private pay. Private pay rates below.

  • Meet with Madeleine 1-on-1 virtually for 60 minutes. This session is all about getting to know you and your individualized needs.
